    Oswego, Illinois – Overall Market  

     

    At the time of this recording, there are 72 active listings in Oswego, with an average list price of around $575,000. On the demand side, 54 homes are under contract with an average list price of about $515,000.

    Two school districts serve the residents of Oswego: Yorkville School District 115 and Oswego School District 308.   

     

    Yorkville School District 115 has one active listing, with a list price of $625,000. There is one property under contract, and there were no sales in January.  

     

    That means virtually all the activity happened in Oswego School District 308. There are 71 active listings in the district, with an average list price of $574,000. There are also 53 properties under contract, and 29 homes sold in January, with an average sold price of $441,000.
