     At the time of this recording, there are 78 active listings in Oswego, with an average list price of around $552,000. On the demand side, 52 homes are under contract with an average list price of about $511,000.  

     30 homes sold in December. That's one more than we saw in November and 3% more than the 29 sales we saw last December.

     Two school districts serve the residents of Oswego: Yorkville School District 115 and Oswego School District 308.   

     Yorkville School District 115 has two active listings, with an average list price of $475,000. There are no properties under contract, and there were no sales in December.  

     That means virtually all the activity happened in Oswego School District 308. There are 76 active listings in the district, with an average list price of $554,000. There are also 52 properties under contract, and 30 homes sold in December, with an average sold price of $482,000.  

     What This Means for Buyers & Sellers
