    At the time of this recording, there are 118 active listings in Aurora, with an average list price of around $422,000. On the demand side, 88 homes are under contract, with an average list price of approximately $446,000.

    Now, let’s dig deeper into the different Aurora zip codes.  

    There are nine active listings in 60502, with an average list price of $637,000. There are also seven properties under contract, and seven homes sold in December, with an average sold price of $477,000.  

    60503 has 31 active listings with an average list price of $540,000. Additionally, 35 properties are under contract, and two homes were sold in December, with an average sold price of $470,000. 

    There are 20 active listings in 60504, with an average list price of $384,000. There are also 15 properties under contract, and 13 homes were sold in December, with an average sold price of $385,000.  

    60505 supports 19 active listings, with an average list price of $271,000. Additionally, 15 properties are under contract, and 23 homes were sold in December, with an average selling price of $258,000.  

    Finally, 60506 has 36 active listings, with an average list price of around $372,000. Presently, 15 homes are under contract, and 31 homes closed in December, averaging $330,000.  

    The key takeaway here is that higher-end activity is concentrated in 60502 and 60503, while 60505 continues to provide budget-friendly options for buyers.  

    Aurora, Illinois – School Districts  

    There are 17 active listings in Indian Prairie School District 204, with an average list price of $562,000. There are also 11 properties under contract, and 14 homes sold in December, with an average sold price of $438,000. 

    West Aurora School District 129 has 39 active listings with an average list price of $374,000. Additionally, 14 properties are under contract, and 31 homes were sold in December with an average sold price of $330,000. 

    East Aurora School District 131 supports 30 active listings, with an average list price of $288,000. Additionally, 26 properties are under contract, and 29 homes were sold in December, with an average sold price of $281,000. 

    There are 31 active listings in Oswego School District 308, with an average list price of $540,000. There are also 35 properties under contract and two homes sold in December, with an average sold price of $470,000.  

    A few families living in Aurora attend Batavia School District 101. There is one active listing, with a list price of $470,000. Additionally, one property is under contract, and no homes were sold in December. 

    Finally, Kaneland School District 302 has no active listings at this time, nor are any homes under contract. No homes were sold in December.
