Hi, I’m Kurt Clements with eXp Realty, serving the far-west suburbs of Chicago. In this update, we’ll review the September 2025 data for single-family homes in Oswego, explore how School District 308 is driving most of the activity, and share what these trends mean for both buyers and sellers.

🏫 Market by School District – Focus on District 308

Two school districts serve Oswego residents: Yorkville 115 and Oswego 308.

🍎 Yorkville School District 115

  • 0 active listings

  • 0 under contract
